NOTICE OF SOUTH BERKELEY FIRE DISTRICT BOARD ELECTION

The 2026 election for the South Berkeley Fire District Board of Directors will be held Tuesday, October 20, 2026, from 3:00 p.m. until 7:00 p.m. at the South Berkeley Fire District station, 565 Myers Road, Summerville, SC 29486.

The service area includes Pine Ridge, Sandridge, Longridge, Lebanon, and Goose Creek Rural.

Candidates: Residents of the service area and property owners who pay a fire fee within it are eligible. To have their name placed on the ballot, a qualified candidate must submit a written letter of intent to South Berkeley Fire District, 565 Myers Road, Summerville, SC 29486, by 5:00 p.m. on October 5, 2026.

Voters: Registered voters within the service area and property owners who pay a fire fee within it are eligible to vote.
